Can I extend my voucher for next season?
No, the expiration date for a voucher cannot be extended, nor can it be exchanged for another offer — even if for another offer at the same course. However, the voucher might be extended at a discretion of the golf course policies.

How do I book a tee time?
Call the golf facility in advance for a tee time you want to golf (just as you regularly do). Mention on the call that you have a tojiji voucher and will be using it for your round(s) of golf.

What about Rain Checks?
Each golf course has their own rain check policy. Please inquire with the golf reception first about getting a rain check.

What is the refund policy when I purchase tojiji voucher from this website?
All sales from this website are final; we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If for some reason the course went out of business, we will either issue a full refund or trade out your voucher with another course at an equal value.

Can I give my voucher to somebody else?
Yes, they are fully transferable, unless otherwise noted, so you can give them as gifts.
